Know Yourself Love Yourself Be Yourself
MY APPROACH
I guide people into a deeper relationship with themselves by cultivating self-awareness, emotional and body intelligence, nervous system regulation, and the internal safety required to live honest, embodied lives.
I believe each person carries an innate intelligence that moves toward healing and wholeness. Beneath protective patterns and inherited narratives is a self that knows how to orient toward truth. My role is not to fix, but to create the conditions in which that deeper self can emerge.
With a Master’s degree in psychology and over 15 years of experience working with hundreds of clients, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcome. My work is experiential and somatic rather than diagnostic. It is focused on integration, releasing shame, and supporting a life that feels authentic, connected, and aligned.

Who This Work Tends to Serve
Many of my clients are outwardly high-functioning yet internally disconnected, individuals awakening to deeper aspects of identity, exploring sexuality or spirituality, deconstructing inherited frameworks, or stepping beyond conventional life paths.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin, only willing to be curious about the life that is asking to emerge.
I offer a brief consultation to discern whether working together feels aligned.
ABOUT ME
My work is shaped by a longstanding curiosity about what allows us not just to function, but to feel fully alive. Again and again, I have seen that when people are offered the right conditions (safety, attunement, and thoughtful guidance) they naturally move toward greater clarity, integration, and authenticity.
I hold a Master’s degree in psychology from CIIS and have spent over 15 years working closely with individuals and couples, supporting hundreds of clients through growth, transition, and meaningful change.
My path has never been limited to traditional psychological frameworks. A desire to understand the human experience more deeply led me to study diverse cultures, contemplative practices, and alternative approaches to healing. Along the way, I immersed myself in meditation, somatic awareness, and consciousness-centered work. These perspectives continue to shape the way I listen, guide, and hold space.
Those who find their way to my practice are often thoughtful, self-aware people who sense that the life they are living may no longer fully reflect who they are becoming. They are rarely looking to be fixed, but seeking a space where they can grow into a more authentic relationship with themselves. I see my role as a compassionate presence to help you listen more closely to your own inner knowing and supporting the unfolding that follows.
It is a responsibility I hold with great respect, and work I feel genuinely honored to do.
